Selecting an opportunity you will be able to view all data that opportunity.

The default display style is to tab (or higher, corresponding to the pages of the tab "flaps"); you can view the entire tab on a single page by clicking on {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/tab no.PNG"/>}}; you can restore the clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/tab yes.PNG"/>}} tab.

"Opportunity detail" section lists all data entered during the creation of the opportunity. You can make changes by clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MODIFICA.PNG"/>}}.

In the section "Activities" you can manage activities relating to the opportunity (for more information [Activities|Activities]).

In the section "Products" you can enter the opportunity articles: first select the price list to apply ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CATALOGO.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CATALOGO gestione listini.PNG"/>}} ([Management lists|Management lists])), after which you can insert products manually fill in the boxes, or you can search for an article by clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA PRODOTTO.PNG"/>}} catalog:

By entering a key research and/or clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/tree.PNG"/>}} and selecting a product category ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP configurazioni.PNG"/>}} below the catalog entry = categories ([Categories|Categories])) and then clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}} will be listed all products ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CATALOGO.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CATALOGO prodotti.PNG"/>}} ([Products|Products]))
) the conditions imposed. To select an item click on the entry in the "Short description" column. To close the window click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/X orange.PNG"/>}}.

When you finish entering data click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/AGGIUNGI PRODOTTO.PNG"/>}} and will be added to the list.

To delete a product from the list, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.

Lower right following is the number of products related to the opportunities, however the number of items listed in each list is limited ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP gestione account.PNG"/>}} ([Account management|Account management]), "Tustena Configuration" tab ([Tustena configuration|Tustena configuration])). To view the products that follow click on the number for the list page or on "Next" to switch to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To view all articles in a single page click on "All records".

If you decide to add products in this section the "Amount" entry in the "opportunities details" section will report the sum of the final prices inserted articles.

In the section "My documents" can manage documents relating to the opportunity (for more information [Documents|Documents] and [Documents|Documents]).

You can connect to the opportunity one or more contacts and/or lead in the "information Administrators" section:

To select a contact click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/face.PNG"/>}}: opens a window you can search all contacts and leads (inserting a key research and clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}}) or create a contact card; once you have selected the tab you want click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/OK.PNG"/>}} to confirm. Type the role that the contact person will have the opportunity and click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/AGGIUNGI REFERENTE.PNG"/>}}. 

To delete a tab from the list, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.

To display the contacts below click on the number for the list page or on "Next" to switch to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To display all the tabs in a single page click on "All records".

In the sections "Partner" and "Competitors" you can connect the opportunity one or more companies respectively partner or competing in the same way, the only difference is the research methodology (see [New contact|New contact] for the comprehensive description of the search window).
